Cute Goldfish continues to outshine themselves with their most recent release “Walk In” bringing superior musical quality to their sound. I became immediately addicted to the opening guitar riff during my very first track play.

The song “Walk In” delivers much more substance beyond its addictive opening melody. The track captured my attention fully because of its soaring guitars along with intricate solos that played over a complex web of beautiful melodies and enriching sounds. Cute Goldfish perfectly balances the edgy elements of rock music with dreamy indie pop sonic textures to establish a fully expressive sound dimension.

The production standards achieve an extraordinary level. The excellence in this track stems from several production features including “submarine” tonal effects together with minimalist keyboard enhancements plus auxiliary percussion which create multiple elements. Through deep creative thought and expert skill these artists Stuart Smith, Steve Smith, Kev Garner and Sam McKain developed an irresistible indie-rock anthem.

The relatability of the lyrics about returning to someone you previously left behind stands as my favorite aspect of “Walk In” in this song. Everyone has experienced breaking their promises to themselves about moving on when their ex simply enters the room. Cute Goldfish uses their lyrics to perfectly portray the emotional ups and downs of a reconnection with an ex in a way that listeners can deeply relate to.

The song “Walk In” delivers everything from its gripping melodies to its depth of emotions while offering a musical experience that satisfies every time. Each play reveals deeper musical depths in this track which makes it even more enjoyable through repeated listening. The song has embedded itself deeply into my mind because I love that feeling. The artists of Cute Goldfish presented a truly exceptional work.
