MARKY J is on a mission to bring the energy of rock back to Boston with their high-octane sound. MARKY J is inspired by greats like Eminem, Bowling For Soup, Blink 182 which has had an amazing effect on the creation of his works.
MARKY J does it again with the catchy new track “End of the Line”. Lead singer Marky J is outstanding with his powerful but melodious voice that makes you want to join in the singing. The sound of “End of the Line” is great – the electric guitar with the addition of electronic elements sounds fresh and contemporary, but still raw. Regarding guitar, the winding, shredding leads that are present throughout the song are a lot of fun to listen to. It’s one of those songs where you can find yourself replaying the song just to enjoy the solos over and over again.
From the first note of the guitar to the powerful crescendo of the chorus, “End of the Line” hooks you with a catchy rhythm and bursts with choral harmonies. This song is a follow-up of the previous popular song “Killing Season” and is all about waking up with a beautiful woman the following morning. However, when she is sober she says she has a boyfriend who will beat him up once he gets to know that they had slept together. The rest of the song revolves around Marky J trying to escape from the outcome of the previous night. With the music, the drums and the bass, he sings about the aftermath in a rather raw manner.
